I'm in love with YOU, and ALL your little things....

So, I was watching a YouTube video yesterday and it was about wearing everything you’ve been told not to. Now, I'm a believer in wearing what makes you feel good, but I also think if a friend or family member suggests you not wear something, it is probably for a good reason.

I think most people dress to highlight their best features. Boys and girls do it. Its not a girl thing. For example, if a guy’s favourite feature is his back, he probably wears crazy tight shirts, or if a girl’s favourite feature are her legs she probably wears cute skirts and dresses to show off those pins.

GO FOR IT.

But, that also got me thinking, what do people think is their best feature?

I sent out a text to some very textually active humans;

And these are the replies:

Mature, I know...

So, it seems it's actually a bit of a difficult question. But, I think it's a shame people aren't just confident enough to give their answers.

Everyone should learn to love themselves a little bit more. *Sending positive vibes*

I've also learnt that I've got some seriously sassy friends.

Until next time, remember I've said it so it must be true....

Guess who's back?

Wait for me to come home...

So, I'm back in LDN.

PARTAYYYYYY!

I’ve moved into my new home. It’s super cute! I’m living with my two best female friends, Alison and Jessica, and life is pretty sweet. I live in North Kensington. BIG TIME BALLER, I KNOW.

I have a new job. Uni starts soon too.

Basically, I'm perfectly content with my life as it is.

Moving in was so exciting! All the cute things I had for my bedroom. It’s a black and white theme. Elephants – a ‘getting back to my roots’ vibe.

It was fab seeing Hannah again.

Totally apprehensive about seeing the boys, but we’ll see how it all goes.

I’ll do a proper blog post about the trauma of moving in with these two.

Until next time, remember I've said it so it must be true....

Let’s relive my TEEN years

So, obviously, I'm still a teen, NINETEEN, and as cute and as lively as ever. But soon I'll be 20. As shown by my friends, I'm going to get old, probably end up boring, I'm actually going to have to start going to bed at 10.30pm or I'll be grumpy in the morning, I'll probably wake up at 7.30am for my group knitting class and I’m fairly certain I'll start loosing bladder control. EW.

JUST KIDDING.

Apparently, its not always like that. PHEW.

I’m actually pretty excited to be 20. For no real reason, I just love birthdays and mine's at a pretty great time in the year. I can look back on my photos from when I was younger and see that I am getting BETTER with age. THANK CHRIST. I was not a cute angsty teen. Let me tell you.

There are some things I miss from when I was 14/15:

Like where are Metro Station?

NGL I do NOT miss the emo fringe. I quite like being able to see.

What were those weird glove things?

Maybe we should have left these glasses to Kanye.

THICK under eye eyeliner. Oh that was NOT cute.

Young Rihanna.

The Jonas Brothers. TRUE LOVE.

Going to see the Twilight movies. Obviously on the opening night. FANGIRLS.

Coloured skinny jeans. That was an interesting look.

I'm so glad I've moved on from this. The weird thing is that if you look at people that age they're still dressing the same, still going through weird phases and still into those alternative bands.

So things don't really change. We do.

Until next time, remember I've said it so it must be true....
